Antibody class: IgG1κ
ARP-12968 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody to HIV-1 gp120, specifically to the CD4 binding site (CD4bs).
This recombinant antibody was produced in a 293-6E expression system and purified by Protein A chromatography. This antibody originates from a HIV-1 infected donor with broad and potent neutralizing serum.
This antibody neutralizes a broad variety of laboratory HIV-1 strains and primary isolates.
Please see the LANL HIV Molecular Database for more information.
Note: The user should determine the optimal concentration for any application.
Each vial of ARP-12968 contains 500 µg ofpurified antibody at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.2. (Sterile filtered and does not contain preservatives .)
Endotoxin content is 0.1 EU/mg by LAL method. Purity is 95% estimated by densitometric analysis of the Coomassie Blue-stained SDS-PAGE gel .
Note: Avoid freeze-thaw cycles as reagent degradation may result.
