ARP-11442 is a full-length HIV-1 infectious molecular clone containing the V3
envelope region of Ba-L in a NL4-3 background. The combined size of vector and insert is approximately 14
kilobases and contains the gene for ampicillin resistance.
Note: Plasmids can be propagated in STBL2 cells and grown at
37°C. Larger plasmids may benefit from growth at 30°C. This construct may also
be grown in other competent cells.
Each vial of ARP-11442 contains approximately 1.4 µg of dried,
purified DNA stabilized in DNAstable®Plus (Biomatrica®). Please refer to the
appropriate data sheet for lot-specific information.
